This notice covers our site and email enquiries.

Call requests

We save your name, email, phone number, company and the jobs you want. We use these details to reply to your request. They are stored with our hosting provider in a private inbox. Only the site owner can view that inbox.

Site data

Our page code has no ads, tracking tools or marketing cookies. The host may use your IP address, browser details and logs to run the site. It may use cookies for sign-in and access.

Your emails

We may receive your name, work email, firm details and message. We use them to reply and discuss our service. You choose what to share. We need a way to reply.

Why we use data

For business enquiries, we plan to rely on legitimate interests. This means our need to reply and discuss work, weighed against your rights.

We may also need data to take steps you request towards a contract. If you contract as an individual, we may use it to fulfil that contract. We may keep records to meet the law.

Lead research

We plan to research projects and work contacts. Before this starts, we must explain the data we use and its sources. We must also name the legal basis, who receives the data and any overseas transfers.

Who gets data

Our host and email providers may handle data to run the service. Advisers or authorities may need it for legal matters. Before launch, we must confirm the providers, locations and any safeguards for overseas transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep data while needed to handle an enquiry or business relationship. Legal duties or disputes may require longer storage. Data should then be deleted or made anonymous.

We may keep a small record to honour a request to stop marketing. We must confirm how long providers keep logs.

Your rights

You may have the right to see, correct or delete your data. You may ask us to limit its use or provide a portable copy. Which rights apply depends on how we use it.

You may object to use based on legitimate interests. If we rely on consent, you can withdraw it. This does not change earlier lawful use.

You can object to direct marketing at any time. Reply to our email to ask us to stop.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We make no automated decisions about you.

Changes

We will update this notice when our data use changes.
